Negative changes versus positive

The room was inconvenient and did not honor my reservation request. In a fire we would not have survived (down the hall, steps, and back to car). Stepping through puddles, cracking concrete, and no working KEY card. We tried three times. The clerk was over loaded, and did not have adequate help or training to deal effectively with customers. Pevious visits were satisfactory. I don't intend to stay there again. It is too traumatic to stand in the rain when you can't enter your own room, and the charges? Exorbitant for the service we received.
