Westown Parkway Residence, West des Moines

I have enjoyed my stay at Westown Parkway Residences. The management is very dedicated to their Residents.I recommend these apartments to many people. Westown Parkway Residences is clean and a very quiet, a convenient place to live. Located in the Heat of West Des Moines.

Great Price conveniet location, lived there while I was doing a contract for wells fargo Bank, for someone who dont have a car its great near mall and bus stop cross the street took me to work, extremely convinient.

I lived at westown Parkway during my contract at Wells Fargo Bank. I lived there for 6 months. I would say its a great place if you are coming to Des Moines to work on a contract for Wells. Very conveniet All utilities included funrnished,and the rent is cheap I loved it and I was very Happy. If you are coming to DSM for a work project then this is the place for you. And I did get my deposit back the people were very honest they kept the place clean and always responded to calls.

Very bad management and they aren't honest they always lie and don't give deposit back and they don't feel any responsibility, they are harsh.

Located right off the freeway and within one block of grocery store, mall, large employers, gas station, many new upscale restaurants. New manager and employees are very attentive to needs of guests. All inclusive including utilities, furnished, security building, dry cleaners and a sports bar with food on premises. Very safe. Best value in upscale West Des Moines. Bus line outside front door to large employers in area or downtown Des Moines.

The Management is least bothered about there customers. They are poor in response and harsh to receive. I had very bad experiance with the management .
