Will never stay there again.

They called me a liar. I booked online. Online cancelation policy is 7 days. I had to cancel one day of my two day reservation with only 5 days notice. I called the hotel and they told me it was no problem and that i would not get charged. Well, I got charged. When I spoke to management, they told me there was nothing they could do about it. Told me they would talk to the gal i talked to to get her story. To my shock, she said she had never spoke with me. Anyway, while I was there, the beds and pillows were fine. Internet was slow, breakfast was horrible, and the hair dryer did not work. So i will never be dealing with Best Western again.
