yuk..that says it all !
By annette t, 2/7/12
Husband and i decided on a last minute saturday night get away without the kids and were suprised that we found a room close to the casino for $55.00 still available. Upon pulling in the place it didn't take long to figure out why ! The outside of the building was rundown, beat up and dirty but compared to the lobby and the rooms...it was the best part..WHAT A FILTHY PLACE !!!!..And the help was even worse then that.My advise STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.....yuk

Horrible experience
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/28/11
The staff was rude, screamed at myself and my children on several occasions, called my husband a cheat because the night clerk checked us in wrong, they changed the locks on our door while we were gone and refused to let us back in to get to our pet because the night clerk charged us incorrectly for the pet when we checked in, we were told an incorrect rate for a weekly stay and had to pay additional fees in the middle of the week. The pool was freezing cold and had cigarette butts and bandaids floating in it and the hot tub was filthy and not working at all. Our room had no coffee maker and no working telephone, and the hallway outside our room was full of trash, pillows, mattresses, and even dog feces at one point! The pool was advertised to be open from 7am to 11pm, but the clerk opened at her discretion, never before 2pm and closed at 9pm, she threatened to call the police if we did not leave the pool area because the kids were "too noisy", my kids were to nervous and intimidated to swim at all for the rest of the week, the rates are cheap, but now I see why! The Garden Hotel across the road was actually cheaper for a weekly stay and it was beautiful, had a wonderful breakfast and excellent customer service, please take your business there if you are looking for a pleasant vacation!!

Worst customer service ever.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 3/21/11
The customer service was horrible. It was late, are family was tired, we had paid reservations and the staff would not let us stay without paying again. Horrible. Did not stay then and will not stay there ever.

This was the worst Days Inn I have ever been in.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 3/6/11
Well to start the help at the desk was very poorly dressed, improperly trained, didn't know prices, which rooms where available, or how to use the credit card machine. Our first room the t.v didn't work and the second was already occupied and the third was a joke, we thought it looked a little less than clean that night but stayed out of exhaustion and when the sun came up it was far worse... it was filthy, disgusting!

Will never go back!!!!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 5/29/08
This hotel is digusting. Got a suite what a joke. No refrigerator, 2 tvs one didn't work at all and the other you had to hit to get any channels to come in. The worst Days Inn I've ever been too. This hotel is not clean at all. Beds are very uncomfortable. Waste of money!!!!

We had a great time
By KaSandra, 12/28/07
We planned to stay in the hotel for two nights with two rooms. I asked for a discount since I was getting two rooms and the man at the desk was happy to give me one. After the two nights we decided to get one room for another night and they still discounted our rooms. The staff were very friendly and I think that the upkeep was great. They went in did their job in no time and our rooms (with 4 children plus 2 visiting) were clean like the day we got there. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone!

Dirty and Unsafe
By Tonya, 6/10/07
We were hoping this would be a nice hotel for a one-night stay, but we were very disappointed. To begin with the outside of the hotel is very dingy looking, their was not much maintance done in the yard or the flower beds and the lobby was dirty and small. There are no elevators to the second floor so you had to haul all of your stuff (and we had a baby) up the staircase and through two doors. Then, the hallways were NOT airconditioned and smelled of old must. The rooms were covered in dust and great big brown cob-webs were hanging from the corners. We did not have the promised Fridge and Microwave at all, and the other couple traveling with us had a fridge that didn't work properly in their room. The chairs were broken and so wobbly you couldn't use them for fear of them breaking. The worst part of all though was that the doors wouldn't not shut unless you slammed them, so not only did our hotel-room door keep opening up, but all night long we were awakened by the sounds of other guests having to slam their doors shut also. We would never recommend this place to anyone and will never go back. There were plenty of nicer looking hotels along the same stretch of road to try.

2nd home
By Jay, 6/9/05
Nice lounge attached to property. Indoor pool is huge, compared to all the mini-pools you see everywhere. Staff was excellent, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable.
