Sad Day in History.. I love this place

Now the Brickyard Inn is closing.. Nascar with no Petty's What in the world is going on. I realize things and times change but I really enjoyed staying here for the last 10 yrs... it was fun, employees were so friendly and the location was prime. they need to rebuild the hotel, of course they will raise the price.. maybe that's the issue...

Service with a smile

Though the Brickyard Crossing Inn may not be much to look at from the street, all you have to do is walk in the front doors to unlock the magic of this nostalgic place. The satff is friendly and truly define Hoosier Hospitality. The rooms may be older, but they are clean and in great condition. You can't beat the location of the hotel, and the history that goes along with it.

Do not waste your time or money!

Please note that the word "Resort" is used very loosely here. In actuality, this is a 40+ year old Motor Inn in dire need of repairs. Yes, it's located right at the Speedway, but the Speedway is in a pretty bad neighborhood surrounded by Pawn Shops and Liquor Stores. On top of that, when we tried to check in an hour early (just to register our names and go on with our day) we were chewed out by the crabby old lady behind the desk. We drove 15 minutes towards town, booked a very nice room at the Country Inn & Suites, and cancelled the room at the "resort". For less than $20.00 more we had a super clean room, indoor pool, free breakfast... you get the idea.

Brickyard hospitality

Been a patron of Brickyard Inn several times. It's a great one stop shop!

Janet, the front desk clerk is the greatest!!!

I had a great room and felt very comfortable, and..."felt at home".
