Best Western Terre Haute Inn & Suites, Terre Haute

Linda Hammond was very rude and so was the sales lady Denise... Stayed in 2008 and learned my lesson. The room was clean but the management was terrible..... If I have to hear Denise Storys voice again I will shoot myself

Great Staff We were there with a tour group. The rooms were clean and comfrotable. The breakfast was wonderful. The best part was the great staff. They were very helpful and always had free bottled water for us. I would stay again.

I stayed for a week at the best western, and got a clean well kept room at a very reasonable price. The room had a mini fridge and microwave. The staff was really helpful in making sure that we had everything we needed and extremely friendly too. They even helped us find our way around town and gave us restaurant menus to look at so we can select where to eat out. During the week they had a great reception with beer and wine. The breakfast was wonderful with biscuits and gravy and belgian waffles, we felt like we were down home! Its right off the highway and near everything in town. If you need a place to stay in Terre Haute, and are on a budget I recommend the Best Western, to get the most of your money. Will Surely stay again.

The paint was peeling off the wall and my 1 year old was trying to eat it. The carpet was so gross it turned our feet and socks black. There were water leaks throughout the hotel which they put large trash bins under to collect the water and all of the elevators broke down.

the employees were very friendly and very helpful. The toilet in my room was leaking and they offered to give me a different room, but the toilet was fixed and there was no further trouble. The room was clean and very comfortable. Will defintely stay there again and would recommend it highly

I think that this hotel was a good hotel to stay at for the price we paid! They had ok service, it wasn't great, but if you didn't need anything anyway it wasn't a problem. The problems were 1.) the internet WI-FI was not working right - we couldn't get enough towers, so that wasn't fun. And 2.) the bathtub was a conclave, so that you slipped a little while you were in there. Not comfortable for more than one person! But other than that,the bed was perfect size, the a/c was perfect in drowning out any noises, we couldn't hear the interstate unless you opened your window and it was a nice rendezvous point! :)

We were very delighted with our visit to Terre Haute, Indiana's Best Western! The staff is great especially the front desk, the rooms are newly renovated and the cost was very reasonable for such great service. We are without a doubt going to stay here again!

The pool was not working the whole time we were there, we were not told about this when we checked in. There was no hot water teh first day and night we were there. They were not very friendly. We paid $157.00 for 2 nights and they only discounted 20.00 for our "troubles". It was an old hotel and way too expensive for what we put up with. Also, the elevator did not work half of the time. It was a terrible experience.
