Overpriced
By anon-a-mouse, 08/25/09
There is a Super 8 right about 1 block from here. It's half the price and just as good.

VERY SATISFIED!
By salina, 11/03/08
Had a great experience here. Everyone was helpful & our room was great! The staff was even helpful with getting us directions for nearby facilities. We would definitely go back. thought the breakfast was great they had waffles, donuts, bagels, cereal, coffee, juice etc. we even visited there restaurant in the front of there building, the food was great. For all the guests who complained they must be extremely picky! if they want to have something to complain about they should visit the QUALITY INN down the street! we actually checked out of there & went to the RAMADA. big difference! a pleasant difference! WAS WELL WORTH THE EXTRA MONEY WE HAD TO SPEND!

Not Comfortable
By Baby, 03/30/08
I liked the location and it had a lot of food places around it and it was right off the highway so it was easy to get to Chicago. What I did not like about it was the bed was so firm that it had no give to it at all and for a 7 month pregnant lady it was so uncomfortable we had to cut our weekend trip a little short. Every thing in the hotel was great and I would love to go back there again. The price was great and the people were great.Another thing that they could have worked on was the contintal breakfast could of had a lot more choices and we got there just an hour and 30 min after it started and there was pretty much no food left except Cereal and I would have liked more variety. But overall I would definetly stay there again if they got just a little softer beds that were not so high off the ground to accommdate for pregnant guests.

Disgusting-not worth the money
By Houston Realtor, 10/03/06
We had 2nd floor rooms...no elevator & no baggage help, we had to drag stroller & luggage up stairs. Room was filthy, carpet had not been cleaned in years, grand baby's shoes are so dirty from walking in the room that they need to be thrown out. They never vacuumed while we were there that we could tell, there were crumbs on the floor between the bed the whole 4 days we were there (room was occupied by 2 adults). Dirty glasses were not changed out daily. The short girl with dark hair & an accent on the night shift does not have "thank you" in her vocabulary. she needs an attitude adjustment. Kids were wheezing from the dirt in the room, they were fine every time we left. Ladies room door by snack room had a broken lock the whole time we were there (4 nights). The only good thing was the little breakfast area. The maids & one of the day shift desk ladies were nice. I brought my whole family here (3 rooms for 4 nites) from Texas for a family wedding, we've stayed there in the past but we will never stay there again. Basically, I felt like they thought they were doing us a favor staying in this dump. Go to the Hampton Inn down toward Munster, but do NOT stay here...it's gross!!!
