Ken was excellent at customer service

I truly liked the customer service that ken provided and disliked the mood of the van driver. I am a flight attendant and travel alot. I noticed my wallet was missing after we had left the hotel. I asked the van driver if we could go back to the hotel because I had left my wallet. He said no very curtly. So I phoned the hotel and Ken answered. I explained that I had left my wallet in my room. He immediately called housekeeping and had them look for it. I told him I would call back when I thought that housekeeping had had enough time to check. When I arrived at the airport the driver again curtly asked was I getting out or going back. Even though I wasn't sure if the wallet was there I told him I was going back just in case. On the way back to the hotel I phoned again and Ken answered. He had retreived my wallet from houskeeping and had it for me at the front desk. Due to his quick action an the fact that the driver returned right away to the airport, I made my flight on time. I am eternally grateful. In my profession, when I am late hundreds of people are late. I did not like the curt manner of the driver, however his quick return to the airport contributed to me making the flight and for that I am grateful. I do wonder if he could have just returned when i initially asked him. With customer service like Ken's Crown plaza should be proud.
