Don Halls Guesthouse, Fort Wayne

food was good and there was okay service. BUT my wife and I went up to our room and within about an hour we had discovered roaches under the bed. There was left over molded food that had been there I would say atleast a week or so. It was the most god awful sight. I AM SORRY TO HAVE TO SAY THIS but it was the worst place I HAVE EVER STAYED

The employees are nice, the restaurant food is good. The hotel itself leaves a little to be desired in the way of modernization -- the surroundings and appliances need an update. It's a tradition for people and that is the "big draw" to this hotel. If you want a very nice hotel to impress you, I suggest you stay elsewhere. If you want decent food and friendly employees, go do Don Hall's.

On our way to Florida from upper Michigan, my family and I were getting tired! We saw the signs for Don Halls Guesthouse and we decided to give it a try. We found the hotel which is conveniently located right off the highway and we got the rate that was listed on the sign, which my husband loved! With all of the amenities this hotel had to offer, my kids thought they were on vacation already! The indoor/outdoor pool and game room were favorites of theirs! It was nice to have dinner right at the hotel too...plus they give a discount to hotel guests. If we are ever this way again, we will stay and we plan on telling friends about it too!

What a great place. Friendly staff in all areas. Large rooms with great maid service, very clean rooms. Beautiful indoor & outdoor pool.located right off the interstate. A home away from home. Can't beat the price for a full service hotel.

Very nice, and recently updated. nice indoor and out door pool with gazeebos. Great food and service, very affordable. we will be back!

The rooms are great, but the real reason we keep coming back here is the people, and the personal service we recieve from everyone at the facility. from the front desk to housekeeping. The lounge downstairs and adjoined resturaunt features some of the friendliest wait staff we have ever met. They all remembered our names after our first visit, and the food is top shelf delicious. Everything. And we have tried almost everything! We live close by, and return for romantic getaways as often as we can. Special kudos to Amy and Deb (wait staff) Best in town! And the Bloody Mary's are to die for!! Thanks, and we will see you again very soon, Butch and Linda Landon

I love the food and stuff i think that some people think that the hotel is really bad but i accutally loved it was amazing and i loved going to don halls geusthouse

Great proximity to the interstate (easy on, easy off), staff people were very hospitable (they all spoke english, and they satisified every minor request. This restaurant does not gouge you at their restaurant. They have a restaurant onsite and the food is incredibly good with alot of variety and very well priced. I suspect this hotel owner is in the restaurant business because they have got the food figured out, at a reasonable price.

My fiance and I were waiting for our new house to be built, and we had to wait for about 16 days until it was finished-- and until we had a new place to live. So, a week and a half after a few days staying at a couple of hotels in Fort Wayne, we stayed at the guest house. The environment was clean and felt "homey." I appreciated the service and the stay. I felt like a "Guest" at the guesthouse-- until I could move into my new house!!!

We had 60 rooms reserved for our soccer club while attending the Ft. Wayne Invitational Soccer Tournament in June. The service was excellent. The staff met every request. Rooms were great. Service was great. The hotel restaurant is superior. We received a half price deal at the restaurant and our club was able to eat prime rib for $7.50!!!! I will definitely call them if we attend the tournament next year.
