Rooms were spectacular!

Definitely was a pleasant place to stay! My room view was great and so was the breakfast! If any of u wanna save money on it tho I'd suggest using SweetHotelDeals. Net

Effulgent experience!!!

This is a wonderful hotel with exceptional people. Anin at the front desk was the sweetest most helpful individual I have met in a very long time. What a jewel. Great food, great service, and great ambience. I will be back soon. Michael

Live like a King/Queen

The place was immaculate, the staff courteous, and the room- spectacular. We were amazed on how comfy the beds and pillows were! Best time ever!

Puttign on the Ritz

Conde Naste's Best US Hotel of 2007

Luxury at every level, what really sets this hotel apart is that much of the staff have been there for decades. They're invested in it's continued success. This is the only Ritz hotel managed by the Four Seasons. Interestingly, if you look on the Ritz Carltom website, they don't even mention that this one exists. I think the other Ritz's are managed/owned by Marriot. Anyway, it's kind of funny since this hotel was voted best in the US by Conde Naste seven times now.

Excellent

This hotel is very pet friendly and they will pamper your pooch as much as they pamper you. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are very large and have a luxurious feel about them. Since the weather that weekend was very mild I tried to sleep with the windows open. Had to close them due to street noise even on the 19th floor. The "Girls will be girls" package is fun and enjoyable as well.

Its beautiful

Being in the Ritz is like staying in a palace. The food is amazing and wonderful, they have a man making crepes with berries for you, and the rooms are beautiful as well. Just go there for breakfast and be amazed. Its pricey, but astounding.

Wonderful trip exceeded expectations

The location was central and we were in the middle of the city within walking distance. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The service was of course, excellent and lives up to the Ritz reputation. We will definitely return to this hotel!

A wonderful night!

We stayed in a suite with a wonderful view of Lake Michigan. The rooms were large and nicey decorated. It felt very elegant. The staff was extremely accomodating and made sure everything was excellent. Breakfast was served in-room the following morning and we were easily given a late check-out. The location, right off Michigan Avenue was perfect. I was able to get to the Macy's and dozens of other shops without ever stepping foot outside. I truly enjoyed my stay and can't wait to return!

Four Seasons

As expected, the Ritz Carlton Four Seasons in Chicago exceeded our expectations. The central location, service and staff were great and at half the price of the Pensiula in Chicago!
