NEVER AGAIN

Our Christmas party was at the hotel on December 5, 2009. When I checked in the corridor leading to my room was cold. The room was unheated and was cold and I had to turn on the heat in order for it to get warm. Brown water came out of the shower initially. I requested room service only to be told it was not available. The food at the Christmas party was inedible and when I complained to the wait staff, he merely took my plate away and offered no alternative.
When I went to breakfast the following morning, the manager of the restaurant was incredibly rude to me and my mother. I had a gift certificate for breakfast and he could not understand what it covered.
The vending machines were void of water but had no indicating lights. After trying two floors, I finally went to the front desk to get some water.
I called to get the email address for the GM and after taking an hour to compose a message to him, I discovered that the person had given me the wrong address after repeating it to me twice.
Please do not waste your time or your money in this establishment. They clearly do not understand the value of customer service and repeat business.
