Country Inn & Suites By Carlson, Naperville

we have spent many weekends in Naperville over the last 4 years, while our son was attending college, and this was our favorite hotel to stay at. the free breakfast is great, good variety, hot and always plenty, even later in the AM. rooms were always clean, towels always at poolside. we never had any problems with this hotel and would stay there again when returning to Naperville.

Everything about this hotel is great. My only complaint is that they only have about 14 channels on TV, but all the major networks, ESPNs, and Showtime. I really can't think of anything else remotely negative about it. Everything about this place is terrific, it's the only place I stay.

This hotel was in the final process of a complete renovation; great new product and value! The staff is very friendly and helpful; great housekeeping, complimentary breakfast as well and this Country Inn and Suites has a very nice lounge!

This hotel offered everything I like when I travel. The entire staff was extremely helpful and the free breakfast was way more than I expected. The belgium waffles are fantastic and the place seemed business traveler and family friendly at the same time. Other guests at the Country Inn & Suites made similar comments to me. High speed internet access is free throughout the hotel, including the lounge area that had a great dinner menu. My room looked brand new, and it turns out the hotel just underwent a major renovation. The bed was extremely comfortable and the decor is warm and cozy. The pool area is very nice and it overlooks a nice outdoor courtyard. The hotel had great access to the highway. This will be my hotel of choice when I travel to Chicago.
