Quincy City Center Hotel, Quincy

The property is a older property but very nice. The room we had was clean and the staff was very friendly. There were some stains on the carpeting, but it was clean over all. Breakfast was good. Nice pool and hot tub. Very resonable rates.(under 70.00) Would stay there again!!! Just remember this is a old property.

This hotel is disgusting! We checked in and there was mold on the carpet, beds were dirty, bathroom was dirty, and there was a pill on the floor! We refused to stay there with our 8 year olds. The hotel refused to give us a refund. We left anyway and ate the money, there was no way we were staying in such a filthy room! Dont be fooled by the "just remodeled" comment. There was nothing remodeled about it! Do yourself a favor and do NOT even consider this hotel. I don't usually write reviews (good or bad) but the condition of this room and the lack of customer service compelled me to let everyone else know.

The staff was rude (when they were available). The rooms were very dirty! I never saw such a horrible room before. I've seen dog kennels that are better maintained than this place.

Service was rude, unprofessional and poor. Place is very dirty worst place ever stayed or seen. Would not recommend or stay here again. Needs to be shut down and remodeled.

Spacious hotel with friendly staff. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and bars. Large atrium area to mingle with other guests. Room furnishings dated. Great free breakfast.

We stayed here when it was a Holiday Inn in 2006,diry shower, broke down beds, air conditioning didn't work, you actually had to walk outside and across the lot to get where they served breakfast. Booked 2 rooms for handicap & had to fight for them after we got there. Trash laying around in the rooms, the odor of the rooms for nonsmoking was like a barroom. This place at the time was suppose to being renovated. They actually need to tear it down and put in free parking for something else!!!!

The location of this motel was great. The staff we came in contact with were very friendly, but I suspect they are operating under the ASSCAN (Act Surprised, Show Concern, Admit Nothing) policy since they have to know what a dump they work in...The hotel SHOULD be good--it has the skeleton of a decent one, but it seems to have not had any money spent on it in a REALLY LONG TIME and we left there feeling really ripped off.

Never seen a Holiday Inn in such bad shape! What isn't broken? Location isn't bad, and this hotel could be salvaged with say....A LITTLE MONEY PUT INTO IT!!!

This hotel is a joke! The entire hotel is in need of a remodel! Pool has been without a heater for months(according to staff), and nothing has been done about it or the hot tub not working. The rooms were well below average; not worth the price we paid! Staff was nice,but could tell they were frustrated with management/owners as well. Management not on site for three days from point we complained.
