Kamaole Beach Royale Resort, Kihei

Loved our stay. The construction is going on behind the building and not on the ocean side. We had a two bedroom unit. The master bedroom faces the ocean. It is nice and quiet and you can hear the birds and the ocean in the early morning. The bldg is concrete block as well as some interior walls. This makes it extra quiet. The manager's, Vince, Rose and Nancy are extremely helpful. The Dolphin Plaza is across the street where you can get Pizza Hut, Baskin Robbins, Sushi, or get your nails done and shop. Also, Boss Frog's is there where you can rent snorkel gear. We had a great time and will stay there again. The location can't be beat!!!

MAJOR construction ( 140 homes ) are being built directly in front of the Kamaole Beach Royale. You are PROMPTLY awakened @ 6:30 AM daily. ALL floor plans in this complex are the same. ALL the bedrooms face this MASSIVE construction. We had double paned windows. They were of no help. DO NOT stay here. You will not have a restful, relaxing, vacation. The pool area is also effected by all this massive noise.

Best kept secret, have been going there for 9 years, will return again. The location to beachs, shops and other things that are needed are all within walking distance. The beach is just 300 feet away, the sunsets are breath taking from the roof.

The managers of the facility are fabulous. Very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient with lots of shops and eating places with in walking distance. Beach only steps away. Very good value. Will definately come back.

This was our 2nd trip to Kamaole Resort. We had a fabulous time and cant wait to come back again. The resort is so clean and the staff was so very helpful. we are looking forward to the next time we can visit Maui, this is where we will stay.

We have stayed at this condo twice. We recomend it to all our friends. It is very good quality and very affordable. The staff are helpful and friendly. We tried another place but will be coming back here next time. Very quiet and relaxing Best thing: Whale watching from the lanai and sunsets. worst thing: Birds up and singing early in the morning. The cinnamon bun place in the shopping center up the street has the best buns in Maui but you have to get there early for best selection. South Keihi road gets busy at times so be careful crossing with children. Kamaole Beaches are best in Maui.
