Can't beat the Ritz-Carlton Buckhead...may still be Atlanta's best hotel after all these years.....

Doormen make you feel inferior if you do not tip them..service is poor, management is terrible!

I enjoyed the live music. I was able to see "Freed", a local blues band with the late Michael Spoor.

This hotel livedup to the hype. The staff was courteous and attentive. Enjoyed the stay and the room was really nice. Close to the attractions and fine dining. It was very nice to able to walk anywhere and not have to worry about finding parking. This was a great escape for my wife and I.

Got bumped to the RC from another hotel on a business trip. Wow! The beds were amazingly comfortable. The food was great, but, of course, expensive. I unfortunately had the same problem with using a debit card. They wanted to charge me $100 just to use it for the security deposit. Luckily a co-worker put it on their credit card (no charge). Otherwise, a beautiful and luxurious place.

I have been a guest at the Buckhead Ritz Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia. My family has enjoyed the fantastic food during the Holiday seasons for the past several years. The ice carved center piece sculpture during Holidays, Mother's Day, etc. along with the live music creates an atmosphere that you do not want to leave. In addition, my grandson and I have spent many nights at the Ritz Carlton in Marina del Rey, California. Year after year we have had the times of our life during July 4th celebration enjoying the cook outs and watching the roasting of a pig one year. The evening fire works are fantastic. Finally, I must give many accolades to the fine group of staff who are so willing to adhere to your every request so patiently. The SUPERB service at the Ritz Carlton has kept me coming back year after year. There is nothing that I dislike about any of the Ritz Carltons I have been a quest.

With the money that you're paying to stay there we expected perfection. Well, the first room that my parent's got had a running toilet and they were forced to switch rooms. The second room had a broken phone. Our room's toilet would occasionally run and we found a big black hair in our shower- we're both blonde.

highly recommend this place. good service. good cleanliness. good location. great value. the sea breeze can be strong sometimes, so if you decide to go out on a stroll, carry your jacket.
