three rooms
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/15/08
My family members had three rooms for a week. The tubs did not work properly. Sink faucets leaked over counter soaking everything. Blankets were torn enough to get tangled in them. Breakfast was very skimpy. Had to hunt for the staff. Ride to hospital on weekends every two hours (not convenient.) Weekdays every thirty minutes. The rates do not give you quality expected. Fresh paint. not to dirty but old and worn out. Does not smell smokey. Lumpy beds..etc..Such a shame. Overpriced. the conference center inn in the back is outstanding. As for Emory Inn they gotcha..not much to choose from if you need to stay near the hospital.

Awesome, I shall return!!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/1/08
I just booked a stay at the Emory Inn for Thanksgiving break. I was visiting Emory and loved the French country décor of the Inn. I was greeted with wonderful guest service with a touch of southern hospitality. The rooms were so nice and cozy. I can not wait until the next stay!!!!!

Awful customer service
By carla, 4/8/08
My son in law had an appointment at Emory. He was told it would be an overnight stay. So he booked a room for this mother. Well at his appointment at Emory on 3/25/08, they could not do the surgery. So we tried to cancel the room. They said they could not give a refund. I will not recommend anyone going to Emory with possibility of an overnight stay to book a room here.

A tent would have been better
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/26/07
The room was very dirty with bugs in the bathroom and on the walls. The corners of the rooms were layden with dust. There was dirt between the box spring and mattress. The door leading to the outside did not give you a feeling of security. When reported the desk staff were matter of fact. Nothing like your advertisment protrays.

Not great and inflexible
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/12/06
Musty moldy smell from air conditioner, difficult to find room at night, and will not alter cancellation policy for circumstances beyond your control such as cancelled plan flight. Plenty of other better places for the same price.
