It took several calls and emails trying to confirm my reservations and to get a lunch set up for the meeting. I was finally contacted the day before I left about the lunch and it was not to our company standards. I had to scramble and find someone that would prepare and deliver a lunch for 20-25 people the next day.
I put a map quest together and called the hotel with a question. The person that answered was not knowledgeable of the area and actually got me lost. I should have stuck to the map quest...
I arrived late at night and the room should have been already paid for through my work. When I got to the front desk they said they did not know how to use the equipment and that I needed a personal credit card to pay for the room. I was exhausted and just wanted to go to bed, so I gave them my card... When I got home they had charged both cards. I am still waiting on this issue to get resolved.
During the stay I was doing a training and rented a meeting room. The room was not set up to the correct specifications, and the staff was not willing to make the changes in a timely manner.
I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, rented a meeting room, the majority of the people in the training stayed here. The whole time I was there I felt as if I was a nuisance to the staff. They were not friendly, helpful, or any sort of pleasant.
I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone that I know
