Best Western Atlanta Airport-East, Hapeville

I really really really liked the hotel..My only problem was that it was freezing...but you can adjust your heat in your room...I loved it...everytime I come to ATL I will be staying there

Our family has stayed here before. It is a quiet location. Everyone that works here is friendly. Being a pilot I usually request a room facind towards the airport so my son and I can listen to air traffic landing and departing. Overall, the people are great, it's close to everything....10 minute drive to Georgia Aquarium, 5 minute drive to the Atlanta Zoo. I am impressed!! The lady who makes the Waffles in the morning has it down to a science!!

We travel from Orlando to Atlanta to visit the Aquarium and unfortunately stayed in this hotel. We parked our rented car in the hotel parking lot, and when we checked out the next morning our car was rob. Someone remove the padlock of the drivers door and took from the center console (obviously hidden) an ipod, our camera, the nav system; which was rented and I have to pay like $900 for that... and nobody took any resposibility. We call the police and made a case, the security cameras didn't see anything... and the officer said that it is usual, during this season. So, I'm strongly recommeding to people that are planning to stay here to be extremely careful, otherwise look for a safer place close to Peachstreet. This is a shame... it will pass a long time for me to visit Atlanta again.

I stayed here for almost a week. The location is great - close to the airport and the free shuttle service is convenient (not to mention the drivers give great advice on dining in the area). The rooms were clean and the queen sized beds comfortable and spacious. The continental breakfast was filling and the business center was quite useful. (the only negative I can think of is that the hotel is near the highway so the sounds of cars driving by can be heard but then again being near the highway allows for easy access to the city. I would definitely stay here again.

It took several calls and emails trying to confirm my reservations and to get a lunch set up for the meeting. I was finally contacted the day before I left about the lunch and it was not to our company standards. I had to scramble and find someone that would prepare and deliver a lunch for 20-25 people the next day. I put a map quest together and called the hotel with a question. The person that answered was not knowledgeable of the area and actually got me lost. I should have stuck to the map quest... I arrived late at night and the room should have been already paid for through my work. When I got to the front desk they said they did not know how to use the equipment and that I needed a personal credit card to pay for the room. I was exhausted and just wanted to go to bed, so I gave them my card... When I got home they had charged both cards. I am still waiting on this issue to get resolved. During the stay I was doing a training and rented a meeting room. The room was not set up to the correct specifications, and the staff was not willing to make the changes in a timely manner. I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, rented a meeting room, the majority of the people in the training stayed here. The whole time I was there I felt as if I was a nuisance to the staff. They were not friendly, helpful, or any sort of pleasant. I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone that I know…

i stayed her 4 my vaction in atl n i windedup buyin a apt down there..lol it was cheap one, and onceu paid 4 ur room everything else was like basically givin to u.. not to mention the srvice was fast

i stayed here when i visited 4 a 2 week vacation and i didnt wanna leave by the end of the first week i was buyin an apt out there and i was jus enjoyin my self... im sure u will to if u decide to take a trip here and perhaps have to stay here. everything is free once u pay for ur room. if ur not drivin the hotel shuttle will drop u off n pick u back up where ever u wanna go.. aww it was jus wonderful. u cant beat the price!
