Crowne Plaza Atlanta Perimeter, Atlanta

went to atlanta for a business trip with my wife. reserved a room for two nights, when i got the bill the price for the room doubled on the second night without warning due to going from the weekend to a weekday. Had booked a room with a king, got a room with a queen and no amenities (e.g. no fridge, microwave or free wifi). for the weekend price it should have included everything. Everything in the room looked old from fixtures to the rotted door frames in the bathroom. When I questioned the front desk staff about it was treated like a child. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone and will never be back.

My family and I stayed at this hotel because of the things they had to offer. I have to say that it was WONDERFUL! Room service was on time and hot and they were very friendly. We chose the Execitive Level and the bed was so comfortable that we had breakfast in bed. I couldn't ask for a better hotel in a great location. I just had to tell friends and family . I know this will be the hotel for me as I travel. See you soon.

Perhaps this hotel was good in past years but I stayed here in October for a conference as my first hotel of choice was sold out. My travels take me to the Marietta area about 4-5 times a year. My room on the third floor was dirty, noisy and had pubic hair all over the bathroom floor, tub and commode. The location was not convenient to malls, restaurants or places of interest. It's located next to an interstate highway in the suburbs. Front desk was friendly but not very savvy. The general manager was in the lobby that evening but had a very aloof attitude and no sense of urgency. I would never go back-Thank G-d for Marriott and that's all I will say about it. If your company is footing the bill go with another chain. The rates at the other hotels in the area are comparable and yet offer so much more. This Crowne is a Holiday Inn masquerading as a service leader-it's not!

This Crowne Plaza gives great service. After I checked in, everyone in the hotel spoke and seemed to care how my stay was going. The Manager stands in the lobby every morning and is makes sure everything runs smoothly. It's nice to see old fashioned service. They just completed revovating the rooms and the new rooms are very nice. That was the only downer in the past.

I travel to Atlanta frequently on business, and I've stayed at a number of area hotels, but this is one of my favorite. The rate is very good. Also they have buffet style breakfast with a good window, which works good for me. They'll give you a pass to a very health club a couple of mi away, which I took advantage of every day of my stay. In addition, the wireless internet works great, its free, and you only need to sign up once, which is much better than some of the other area hotels. Finally, on both of my stays I found the staff very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely stay here again.

This is nice hotel, really comfortable rooms. The food in the restaurant was tasty. The hotel is in an excellent location for travel around the Atlanta area. My ONLY complaint is that you have to pay for wireless internet in your room at $20.00 a day.
