I was so impressed with this hotel, The rooms are roomy and very clean, The shower is great, The front desk staff is very personable and efficient, They serve coffee and breakfast is available from very courteous and friendly staff, This hotel was very clean, both in the rooms and in the common areas, Our stay was very comfortable and quiet, The Air conditioning work fine and room was very quiet, The bed was particularly comfortable! The room has very comfortable BEDS, INTERNET access, Television, Clock radio, Microwave, Refrigerator, Coffee/tea maker, Hair dryer, Iron/ironing board, newspaper, Air conditioning, overall, a great place to stay.

The outdoor hallway/stairwell smelled; there was crumbs and hair within the sheets; lipstick on the outer blanket; TV was broken; This hotel should be rated 1 star or less. Through Hotwire, I paid $38 and I still felt ripped off.

Clean and reasonable prices. Appreciated the helpfulness of the front desk staff. Definitely would recommend this hotel to others.

We recently booked this motel through Hotwire as it was bundled with two other motels that were most likely 3 star. We bid and won the Colony Inn, in Warner Robins, GA. We checked in later in the evening and found roaches crawling on the wall. The second room they gave us had not been cleaned and made up. We left this supposedly 3 star motel and received our money back from Hotwire. We were creeped out by this experience and will be wary of accepting a low price from Hotwire for a 3 star Motel, especially this one.

I was using this site for my wedding reception. When we went to set up the night before, there was a leak in the ceiling (they had a trash can on the floor to catch the water) and we asked about it. The girl at the front desk said that the guy was going to come in the morning to fix it and they would put in new tiles so no one would know that there was no leaking. Need less to say it wan't fixed, where the trash can was. There was a big wet spot on the floor. Then we found another leak in the room on the day of the reception. Going back to the day before my sister was putting up decortion and slipped cut open her hand on some glass, We went to the front desk get a first aid kit and the girl at the desk told us that per policy they couldn't give us anything. So the girl call the front desk manager (Tina Mimbs) and she told us that they would not give us anything to help us. I always thought that you would have your guests. She also told us that if we thought it was bad enough that maybe we should go to the emergency room. When we booked the room we were told that we would use anything there (fridge, ladder, anything that we needed). Come the day of we couldn't use the fridge, setting up we wouldn't use a ladder for decortions. I just feel that we paid for the room and didn't get any help from the hotel staff.

My dislike about this particular Holiday Inn: One, saw roaches in the room and on the frigerator; Two, the pool was closed the entire stay (Thursday-Sunday)open up on Sunday which was Check-Out day, therefore, the family was disappointed. However, One of the main reasons we pick this hotel was because of the outside pool.
