The Hilton Miami Airport hotel is situated on a secluded peninsula just five miles from the Miami International Airport and within fast reach of Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Downtown Miami and South Beach. Hotel features include 508 guest rooms and suites overlooking a sparkling Blue Lagoon. Complimentary scheduled shuttle service is offered to and from the Miami International Airport. On-site facilities include Concierge services, outdoor splash pool with seasonal poolside bar, two outdoor spa tubs, a 24-hour fitness center with sauna and rooftop tennis and basketball courts. The Coral Cafe serves casual fare for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Room service is available 24 hours a day. An intimate lobby lounge serves cocktails and tropical drinks. Wireless Internet access is available throughout the hotel at a fee of $10.95 plus tax per night.Guest Accommodations provide pillow-top mattresses, in-room movies, dual-line telephones with speakerphone and voice mail, mini-bar, hair dryer, coffeemaker, state-of-art alarm clock, and cable television with premium channels.

I have Celiac Disease and needed special food preparations. They were fantastic and helped me out! The chef took time to talk to me to make sure he knew the limitations! The bad thing was it was so far from everything and was expensive to use any form of transportation.

Extremely disappointing

My stay at Hilton Blue Lagoon was anything from what I expected. While the service was alright (not outstanding by any means), the hotel seemed extremely run-down. The wallpaper in the hallways was blatently peeling, there were water stains on the ceilings, the bathroom in my room -- and the room itself! -- seemed very dated. Ladies, forget about hairdryers in the bathroom, you won't find them therer. You might, however, find 4 holes in the wall where the hairdryer used to be. Oh, and isn't it nice to know that Hilton doesn't include breakfast in their nightly rate? Save your money. Pick a better hotel.

We stayed here with our kids & they were not kid friendly!! Dont get me wrong it was very nice BUT the kids did not have anything to do and were bored the whole time....

Restaurant Service is AWFUL!!

My family and I arrived around 9:00PM and were hungry so we decided to eat in the lobby restaurant. I had read the reviews on here about how bad it was, but we went anyway, BAD mistake. The hotel was very nice and clean, but eat B4 arriving! Oh, very nice gym.

Alcove Room

I stayed overnight in the Alcove Room. The room was phenomenal. THe view was unbelievable. The service was first rate the concierge was most helpful. I plan to stay with the Hilton Family line of hotels with every visit.

Not worth the money

Was I ever disappointed! We've stayed at other Hilton properties before and had a wonderful time. Not this time. The room was ok but smelled. There was paint on the marble floor in the bathroom. Poor food choices and spendy restaurant prices. No breakfast items available before 6:00 -- we needed to eat at 4:30 but I could have ordered pasta - ick! Simply way too much money for a smelly, dirty, outdated hotel. The best Hilton we've stayed in is the Downtown Seattle Hilton. Maybe we were just spoiled by the Seattle Hilton and their incredible service. Unfortunately Miami doesn't hold a candle to it. I still feel dirty.

From the excellent client service to the beautiful room and facilities, I could not have stayed at a better place.The staff was beyond helpful Mr.Rioseco Housekeeping assistant was so kind. This is the first hotel I've stayed at in a very long time where I felt that I didn't need to disinfect...

very nice hotel

after a long cruise it was nice to sleep in a big soft bed. the rooms at the hilton are nice. they could cleaned (dust and pick up more) but over all nice, had too many problems w/the room key card, but it was always fix quickly. over all it was a good stay. I would vistit again for sure.
