50 feet from the water, ocean front, great people working there, put up all the fighters that come into town to train with buddy mcgirt, help fighters out with whatever they need, great restaurant in the hotel, room are always clean, have hairdryers, ironing boards, shampoos, soaps, etc...has different types of rooms - standard to efficiency type suites with kitchens if you stay long term. Very big, not real crowded, nice banquet room downstairs for weddings...prices are great...all types of people stay there - businesses, families, vacationers, fighters...great pool for kids...stays there when in town for training.
