BE THERE AGAIN THIS YEAR....
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/04/09
My family and I have been staying @ Palm Crest the last 5 years or so each time we visit St. Pete. We love the location, the rooms are nice and Jack & his staff are great! It is very convenient to anyplace we want to go. I've had friends & family tell me we should try this place or that place along Gulf Boulevard, but nope, we always make reservations @ Palm Crest. See you in July!! :)

A LITTLE BIT OF HEAVEN
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/25/08
We have been to the Palm Crest twice whilest visiting florida, once in 2005 with our children and then 2007 with extended family members and it was the icing on the cake for us both times, I actually cried when i had to leave. The Motel, the rooms the beach and surrounding area is first class. we are visiting again in 2009 and we are taking ourselves back to this motel.A must for those who need time out from the hustle and bustle of Orlando.Well worth the drive and money.DON"T CHANGE A THING Also to all my friends family and colleges who plan their trips I always recommend Palm Crest.

St. Pete's Best Kept Secret...
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/29/08
We love the Palm Crest! My family and I usually go every summer, and it is like coming home each time. The owners are fabulous, and it is small enough that you know where your kids are at any given time. I can sit by the pool with one child in the pool, one playing on the beach, and one in the getting a snack out of the room and still feel safe. You will usually run in to the same families year after year, and get to know some new friends by the time you leave. It's location is great, on the beach, near all of the good seafood places, and within walking distance to the Don Cesar (for ice cream!) It isn't the Ritz, but it is perfect for families who want to relax and have a great vacation!

Home away from home
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/19/06
We have enjoyed this motel for the past 13 years. We are treated like family each time we go. The owners, Jack and Mary, are very accomadating and strive to always make our stay pleasant. We love the location!! We start counting the days until we get return each October in July. We highly recommend this little hideaway on the beach!!!

creepy
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/25/05
We stayed one night in 2000. We booked over the internet. The location is great, the staff is friendly. BUT: The room was very small, dirty, and dark. It gave us the creeps! The next morning we walked Gulf Blvd and found another place - Plaza Beach. Big improvement! Palm Crest is an example of the saying "you get what you pay for" . . .

Absolutely loved it!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/15/04
The location couldn't be better, about 50 yards from the water. It is such a cute little place. We stayed in an efficiency room. Even so, it had a full-size bed, a full-size sleeper sofa, cable TV, and a cute little kitchenette.

It was small (but who stays in a room much at the beach?). It was VERY clean and the staff were very helpful. It has a pool and a bbq grill. At $60 a night, you can't beat it!

I would love to go back!
