BRAND NEW HOTEL

the only thing this hotel shares with the bad reviews below is the address. This hotel is newly owned and refurbished, and it is a class act all the way!! sleek, and stylish, the look is coll but the staff was very warm. The food at Amuse was awesome, and our chef came out and chatted with us, as we asked the server for Chef's recommendation. How nice to be treated so well! the dining area, had regular seating, and lovely big lounge furniture as well, so we dining and reclined while overlooking the bay. what more could you ask!!?

It's Okay a little

I stay there on business trips. It's not a bad place, the people are really cool and friendly. In short if you want a place to lay your head for a few days and don't want to spend an arm and a leg this place is good.

STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK

Hotel is dirty. Carpet is stained. Musky smell. Pool on roof is stained and in bad shape. Noisy....cargo trucks passing all night long. Restaurant is the worst I have been to...Free breakfast was stale donuts and the the servers were rude. The only positive was the free shuttle to the port, but it is not worth the nastiness of this place. I have stayed there 2 times and it was worse the last time. I would rather pitch a tent than stay here again.

permanent place for me during WMC

i have read all of the other reviews, and, i have to say, i don\t think the people who gave the bad reviews actually stayed at this hotel... i have stayed at this twice now, last year and this year, in march, and both times have been awesome... the staff wasn't overly friendly, but we expected that, we were a group of 6 young adults... everything else was great.. we even had an entertainment center with a vcr and everything in our room.. the bathroom was very modern and clean, the beds, comfortable. in fact, the only thing that bothered me a little was the fact that the pool didn't open till 7 am.. but that was ok. this place was great to stay at, great value for my price.

Don't go!

Do not stay here! The hallways and room were dirty. The morning desk clerk was rude and unprofessional. I can forgive the lack of hot water. Something happened to the gas but no toliet paper in the bathroom? Stay away!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!

My family stayed here before going on a cruise in February. The only good thing about this hotel is the shuttle to the cruise ships. It is absolutely FILTHY. The carpet was torn & stained. The breakfast was awful. The staff was rude and I was told that they were not going to help us because we booked on the internet and got a good price. How else did he think we could find this hotel??
