WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

Staff is rude, Rooms are dirty, overcharged, Can not get a manager to assist at any level. Will not even get on the phone!!! Stay AWAY!!!

Can't beat the price!

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. The air conditioning didn't cool very well, which made for a couple restless nights. I'm sure if we talked to the front desk, they would've done what they could. Good location, close to Waffle House and gas stations. We recommend this hotel, you can't beat the price!

Adequate for a quick stay.

Positives:The room was clean and ready, they had a great breakfast. Customer Service was lousy, We called prior to our arrival and two different employees told us we had already checked in. They still had a room for us when we checked in. Also the breakfast personel were unfriendly.

Worst Experience in a Hotel..EVER

The room was okay - nothing great though...we requested pool side room - we were never told that the pool would be closed for the entire time. As we were in the heat most of the day, we were and had planned on using the pool. The management was rude and insulting. Even went so far as to basically put us down. I have never experienced anything like it before in my life. I would never go back to this hotel again. It was the worst stay I have ever had in a hotel!!!!!!
