Palace Hotel and Resorts, Clermont

First things first on the counter in the lobby there is a sign that says "No Refunds after Fifteen minutes . Yuck!! My family and i had no choice but to stay because our flight arrived late and Family paid for our room before we arrived!! Second NO phone None they claimed for days that it would be fixed it wasn't fixed when we left!! Next lets see the pool was gross their were Roaches that were huge they would chase you and scream . No housekeeping !! Which was ok with me because i really didn't want anyone in our room. All I can say Is there was more but I think that I have said enough to get my point across!!!!!

this place is nothing but drunks and drug addicts the owners dont pay to clean the rooms and i know frm inside source they dont wash the sheets after ech stay can you imagine what your sleeping on!

This place should be called a roach motel,They get alot of young kids in there. The rooms are very, very dirty. The resturant is dirty. The pool is not what you would want to swim in. The Howard Jhonson next door is better. your best bet is to go into town and get a decent room. This place has not been taken care of,

the palace hotel is upgrading and working on cleaning i had a good stay there and thought the front desk people were really nice. anytime i had a problem the staff did all that they could to help me.

a great place to get some women, and cheep too. the attendant let us in the pool really late, but i think only to watch us on the camera. watch out for that if you are shy... but she was not so all went well.

Housekeeping: They only have two housekeeping staff to tend to 200 rooms. Pool: It is not olympic size and is durty Resturant: is only open for breakfast and that is when it is open. Game room: There is no game room. Resort: It is not a resort it was an old Ramada inn and sholud not be called a resort. It is not close to anything you have to drive 15 to 20 miles to get to anything. Overall this place is only good as a last resort and thats the only kind of resort it is.
