Good Value
By ErnieA, 03/18/09
I found the Bradenton Days Inn to be a convenient, comfortable place to spend a night while traveling. Check in was quick, easy and courteous; parking was convenient to my assigned room; the room was clean and quiet. The only criticism I can offer is that there was some water damage to the ceiling that appeared to have been there for some time and only marginally repaired. That was purely an aesthetic issue, it didn't diminish my experience at all. The price of my one night, mid-week stay was competitive with other hotels in the region. In the morning the attached restaurant provided a very good breakfast at a good price. In the lobby were complimentary copies of USA Today. All in all, my experience was a good one and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Buyer Beware
By valerie, 09/27/07
Location & Motel generally was fine. Some late night disturbances (around midnight)could be worrying. On checking out we were overcharged. On my return home I emailed immediately to see if this could be rectified. 5 days later received email accusing us of stealing 2 pillows value $5.00 each & would be deducted from our credit for the overcharge. Ongoing dispute over this "so check your bill"

I had a good experience at this hotel
By Yahoo User, 07/20/07
I used a "roomsaver" coupon (check the internet for online hotel coupons) at this hotel. I got a very decent room on the 2nd floor that was clean and bright. The hot water handle on the sink faucet was broken, that was the one thing I noticed. The room had a refrigerator and microwave at no additional cost. The check in and out staff was very personable and they gave a 20% discount for the onsite IHOP restaurant. The previous day I had stayed at the Days Inn Airport in Sarasota and that place is an absolute pigsty I would never stay at again. Comparing that Days Inn to this one, the Bradenton Days Inn was a decent room at a fair price. It's not in a scenic part of town, but it is very close to the road you need to get to the Outlet Malls and the beaches, so if you are visiting the area and will only be sleeping in the hotel and doing stuff during the day, it's a good bet. There is security and they lock one side of the parking lot gate after 9:00 p.m.

I will never go back!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/06/07
The rooms had ants and roaches. When I expressed my dis-satisfaction to the guy at the front desk he was EXTREMELY rude! The security guard advised me not to walk off of the premises at night because it was not safe. I was charged in February for my bill and was charged again in June. They overcharged my parents as well. I have been going to Florida for many years and this is the worst lodging ever.

Would not go back
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/27/06
I stayed in 2 different Days Inn in Florida. Bradenton "Near the Gulf" and "Sarasota Airport". The beds in both hotels were nothing but springs! Not to mention the hotels have seen plenty of abuse!
