Good hotel, lousy customer assistance

I changed hotels at the last minute myself. My original hotel was overcrowded. When I called Travelocity (and holding on a cell phone for over 5 minutes while roaming) to cancel my original reservation they charged me for the night. When I went to the hotel and cancelled my reservation in person the hotel reversed all charges. Hotel saved me money, Travelocity cost me a LD phone call and almost the cost of the hotel room. Hotel 1, Travelocity 0. The wait time and customer service I recieved was poor at best.
If I have to change flight plans you charge $130. $100 from the airlines and $30 for Travelocity. What a rip off!!! I can go directly to the airlines and save $30, and not have to wait on hold only to be shuffled around from agent to agent. Your customer service is too expensive and poor.
