Remington Inn & Suites, Altamonte Springs

My Husband and I have stayed at the Remington Inn many times. We have always been treated with respect. Our room was cleaned every day and fresh linen left for us. We will be staying there again soon. Jeff & Linda from North Carolina

This hotel is a haven for crime! Please don't bring a family here, you can count on filing a police report before departure. The staff is rude, the rooms are dirty, there are always police coming and going!! There are plenty of hotels close buy that are worth the extra expense.

I think this place is a terrible waste of land! Dirty.loud.annoying and never will I stay here agin! I liked nothing and hated everything! Where do the people come from that stay here?

the staff does not care bout the tennet and if i was to stay at the apartments that they run i would report them to the boad of health and to the board of hotel resturaunts because the elevators dont work the stairs ar broken the maintence staff does not fix the a c units or replace them not handicap accessable ,needs a good clean up of management and a good security ,for what they ask for in rent it should include trash pick up at the door and new ac units and a good paint job and a clean pool and a good playground and a good management staff and a good maintence staff that is certified to do the repairs and not jerry rig things please do improvements

I left this place feeling filthy. Everything they have posted on their website and other travel websites is a lie. The pictures they use are from when they used to be owned by a chain hotel company & were in better condition. There are enough other hotels in the same area so that no one should have to stay at this place. There were stains on the sheets and the carpet and most of the electrical outlets looked hazardous. Carpet was peeling up & the plaster on the ceiling was coming off from water damage. We had a late flight & didn't get in until 1:00AM, we could not have checked out any faster. This is the most disgusting hotel I've ever been in. It doesn't deserve the 1 star I was required to check off.

I was here on September 12th. Spent one night, sink, tub dirty, carpet torn, smelly. Let soap and shower of last person in unit on top of fresh towels in room. Slept in one spot of bed in same clothes, could not wait to check out. They will double charge you if you don't cancel within 7 days of booking.. Some stanger knocking on door at 6 a.m. People outside yelling, blowing horn.

Just plain terrible! The cleanliness was disgusting. Staff was extremely rude.

Room was comfortable and the service was excellent. Location is perfect - close to Cracker Barrel, shopping & interstate (I-4)

Don't even waste your time with this place. I have never stayed in a hotel as bad as this. Shady people staying there, towels...what towels? No iron, nothing...the worst experience ever at a hotel. Not worth the time or the money...

This place is dirty. Everything on the web page about micorwave,refigrater, blow dryer, iron in not true. We had to call front desk for the microwave and refigrater, when I asked about the iron I would have to given my ID as a deposit (what does that tell you what kind of hotel this is) Also the bathroom light was working had to wait for an hour to get them to come a fix it. Asked for extrat towels never got them. When we return back from our outing they cleaned the room but there was no towels. I would not stay here if it was the last one open.....
