Americas Best Value Inn, Pensacola

The room was clean. The front desk was friendly, informative and helpful with giving directions and suggestions on where to visit. The continental breakfast was good and the area clean. The hallways had some trash in them & needed swept (NOTE: hallways exposed to elements). The price is a definite good value.

I think I heard the woman at the desk tell someone that this was previously a Best Western. You can tell the rooms are a little older, but they are nice and clean. Great room for the money... Would recommend...

We loved staying at this motel. For the price, the room and facilities were excellent. The service was great and all of the employees treated us respectfully. We definitely plan to stay there again, and have recommended it to others.

Very dirty in corridors, rugs elevator. Noisy. Needs vast improvment! Doubt Yahoo Travel will even list this review, since Expedia never did. There is NO WAY this place is 4 of 5 stars!

This was a 2 star lodging and can't be expected to have the niceties and amenities of a 4 star but it certainly was a positive experience for me. The rooms were average (I would have preferred if the bath area had been modernized just a bit but it was clean and quite acceptable). The service personnel were very nice and they did a good job cleaning the rooms. The common areas were well-maintained. The pool was nice and there were a lot of families at it. Parking and location were more than adequate. I certainly got my money's worth.

The hotel is extremely noisy. Very little sound proofing. Don't get a room near the elevator, it bangs the wall when it starts up or down.

For the last 5 years my family and I have vacationed in Pensacola. The last 4 Years we have stayed at the Best Value Inn. This Hotel is a major part of our childrens vacation, the pool is their favorite, next to the complimentary breakfast. My wife and I love how friendly the staff is they make us feel at home, We honestly can't wait for our vacation to roll around again. Wayne Smith and family

My family and I have stayed at your Hotel for the last four years on our vacation in early June and will stay there again this year, Your staff is excellent as are the accomodations. I love the southern hospitality, my wife and kids like the pool and the continental breakfast. We look forward to our stay in June this year. Wayne Smith and Family
