Nice hotel, nice setting, reasonable rates

I liked that it was close to Naples downtown, beaches, grocery and other shoppings. It is in a secluded, peaceful and safe area. The room was clean, no bugs, and there was not moldy smell. They have balconies on the second floor or patios on the first floor, with the secured door and screen door. There is a refrigerator in the room for the late night snacking, and an inclusive decent breakfast at the pool bar, which is convenient so you can get the morning sun while dining. Frendly and helpful staff. Plenty of parking spaces. I would come here again.

I wish I could Have Stayed Longer!!!!

I loved this Hotel!!!! Very relaxing. Each room faces the palm trees and green area in the center. Pool is beautiful!!! The room was nice sized. I was able to sit outside every evening and enjoy the beautful weather. The breakfast was a little disappointing in that it was mainly bread products and not really any fresh fruit or protein. I would go back to this hotel in a heart beat!!!!! You will not be disappointed.

Homely and Comfortable

My husband and I stayed three nights at this hotel and were very happy with the accommodation. The setting is nice; close to the beaches, restaurants and within easy access of I75 and it is right on the Tamiami Route (US41). We had a twin double. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and a good size with a balcony overlooking the pool. Breakfast is served from a Tiki Hut by the pool. Only downside was the air-con unit was pretty noisy and kept me awake for a while. Luckily the temperature was not too high and we were able to turn it off for the nights. I would recommend it for couples who want peace and quiet.

Wonderful!

We walked right out to the pool and hot tub. Large sitting area, computer provided, huge vanity area as well. Beautiful town.

The Apartment Suites are just great with the large screen TV and the comfort of home living. The full kitchen is a great addition. Vacation away from home does not have to be missing the comforts of a home. Publix Supermarket and the Mall close by is great. We stock up on food and relax for the day at the pool and Jacuuzi. We have stayed there twice and we will be there again....

Our 60th Birthday celebration

I can't say enough about the great time we had on our family Birthday celebration. Three of us had our Birthdays and were glad we choose Naples, BW Inn and Suites. In making the reservation the staff couldn't have been more enjoyable (Taylor, Bania(sp)) They were so helpful and seemed excited to finally meet us. The room was great as well as the grounds. We have told many friends about our great stay. Thank you, Sue ,Julie, Anita

Mixed Bag

Great location! 1BR condo w/2DB nice. The 2BR condos could have had a brighter look rather than the dark furniture. Afterall, this is Florida and should be brighter and more cheerful. The suites are very nice and decorated nicely. Having access to the internet in the suites is a great no-cost extra. Rooms are nicely designed, however for those who pay the most for the condos, they have the worst views (parking lot, street, walls. Views are for the less expensive rooms/suites. The best view is from the 4th level of the condos and that is only if you want a king size bed. None of the upper floors have 2 double beds. They are only on the 2nd level. There should be some on all three levels. There is no in-house restaurant as advertised in amenities. The smaller pool and grounds are not taken care of as carefully as the main area. Ponds filled with algae and no fish. May be due to continuing cleanup after Hurricane Wilma. Have been a repeat customer having stayed in the suites as well as the condos. Only additonal item that would make this a complete vacation location would be room-service.

Best Hotel in Naples, Florida!!!

I loved the hotel's charm and service! The hotel staff was professional and friendly. I had a reservation and was pleasently surprised when I had arrived at the hotel. My room was very clean and the grounds were just magnificent! I would definately reccomend this hotel to anyone who reads this review.

Checked out the NEXT DAY

My wife and I were originally booked into this hotel on January 19 2006 for five nights. The main enterance to the hotel is quite attractive, with bronze elephants and other animals, pretty tropical flowers and palm trees. The reception area though is quite a little run down, and it was my guess that this was an older Best Western. Our room was #112 on the ground floor, non smoking.Yeeuch is all that I can say about it. Small, cramped, with an a/c unit blowing on the beds all the time, and the room reeked of some kind of chemical that reminded me of a urinal.The walkways were littered with all kinds of trash items. Across the way are other buildings which house the better rooms I assume. Next door to the hotel is an overpriced French restaurant called the Chardonney. We fled the place the next morning. One night in room 112 was enough! You would be better advised to book into the Hampton Inn, which is north of the Best Western on Highway 41. We have stayed at many Best Westerns, mainly in New Mexico and Arizona, but this particular hotel in Naples is just about the worst we have ever come across.
