The male desk clerk (Maz)was very professional, but the girl with the braid lacks customer service, doesnt know how to say thank you, she has a snotty attitude. overall we enjoyed our stay. they need to hire housekeepers who speak English.

the housekeeping didn't replace towels. there was a dirty one washcloth hanging in the shower. the breakfest was stable. the internet crashed.

After reading the reviews from other users I was really concerned when I decided to stay at the Comfort Inn when I went on a trip to Washington DC. I was really surprised at how nice it was. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. One of the best things about staying at the hotel is that there is free shuttle service to the metro station from the hotel. I would recommend this hotel.

I have used this hotel on many occasions and the people have always been very helpful and there have been many renovations so I am not sure why the reviews are bad.My room has always been clean and the breakfast has always been nice for a continental.I travel alot and would recommend this hotel to others.

Our stay at Comfort Inn was one of the worst experience in hotel stays we have ever had. Hotel Management has no records or knowledge of what is going in the hotel. The rooms are great need of renovations, and the cleaning staff cleans rooms at random. The manager is very indifferent to any problem reported to him and his front desk staffs are incapable of taking simple messages and getting issues resolved. The noise factor is very bad in the hotel as people are allowed to behave recklessly to the wee hours of the morning, thereby affecting the sleep of everyone they surround. The manager puts himself up on a pedestal and talks down to people.

Room was not clean when we arrived, nor was it ever cleaned while we were there. No dusting or vacuuming, but the waste basket was emptied and the bed made. Bathroom was okay. One day they shorted us some towels and when we asked for more, everyone who had a key had gone home?????? So no towels, had to dry off with hand towels. One elevator did not work most of them time. Breakfast was good!!!!! Way too far away from the sights of DC and cab fare was expensive!!!!!

i work @ the confort inn. The hotel is very bad. The managers dont take care of responsibilities. Mosst of the complained are due to messy rooms. And most peopel that check into the hotle always complain about it.

Property is a really nice Comfort inn now I think - looking at picture it looks like same building that was days inn either completely overhauled or a new building -but not a days inn.
