Totally recommend this Comfort Inn

I have nothing negative to say about our five night stay at this establishment. The staff was professional and curtious. The free breakfast was convenient and appreciated. The room was clean and quiet. The location was conveniently located to the Metro and we made use of their free shuttle service which was dependable. The Metro is also within walking distance in good weather. There were no surprises when it came to checking out. I would plan to stay there again without hesitation.

Great hotel

I've stayed here twice and have had no problems at all. The room was very clean. The bathrooms are newer looking. The free breakfast is great- they have more than I was expecting. Also, it is within walking distance to a few restaurants. Overall great hotel with excellent service.

Best I have stayed in for a long time

This place was great. It was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast provided omelets for the protein diet people, biscuits and gravy for the carb lovers, and you could make you own waffles. There was good coffee and lots of fruit juice. It was quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The manager was most helpful and spent a lot of time with us giving us directions. We had car trouble, and the shuttle service took us to the repair garage to pick up the car, as well as taking us to the Metro station. They let us keep our car parked there even after we checked out. Could not ask for a better experience, and their manager is to be commended for outstanding service. I would recommend it to anyone, anytime.

Friendly Staff; Good Value

The front desk staff and shuttle staff were professional and very friendly. The hotel is close to the Shady Grove Metro station and they provide free shuttle service. It was easy to take the Metro to the Smithsonian and other attractions. The property is older, but well maintained. The rooms were not luxurious, but they were quiet and comfortable. The price was the most reasonable on the training centers list. The free wireless internet service was also a plus. I have paid a lot more in the Rockville area for hotels with noisy rooms and unfriendly front desks. If you like to swim, they only have an outdoor pool with limited hours.

Tops for business or pleasure

Being on the road constantly has its drawbacks. However this Comfort Inn makes one forget the drawbacks and it is no wonder they receive 4 Star Awards from their hotel chain each and every year. Amenities match those of pricier hotels and service and cleanliness is next to perfect. The breakfast is excellent as well and the location is close to all attractions but not to close if you get my drift. Can't wait to go back..
