BEST WESTERN Regent Inn, Mansfield Center

We recently stayed at the Best Western Regent Inn Mansfield Center, CT. Orbitz rates it 2 stars. That is far too generous. This building has serious structural problems (this is what the hotel desk clerk told us). The result - every time the person in the room above us walked, our windows and ceiling light fixtures shook! (we were in room 103). When we explained our problem to the hotel desk, they said they couldn't do anything about it and recommended we stay on the second floor next time instead of the first. Terrible customer service. We won't be staying there anymore. We recommend a rating of 1/2 star.
