far better choices in the area, AVOID, read why :

I set up a park and fly with this hotel for a trip from may 8th to may 16th. I left my car there with my key (mistake 1) I return home on the 16th, on a flight that got in at midnight. I was picked up from the airport quickly, without issue, there are no problems with LAZ airport shuttles. I get to the hotel, and my car battery is dead. Ok, The girl at the desk is very helpful and gets a battery jump-box and we get my car started. I then start to pull out and notice I have a flat tire that is OFF THE BEAD, which typically appears when a vehicle tire strikes a curb or other large object with considerable force. and my trip odometer has been reset to zero. So it would appear that one of the car mover guys took my car for a quick joy-ride before parking it. I am considering legal action. Avoid this hotel. Also entry to the hotel via sidedays is available without a key, lighting is very poor outside. I understand it's an economy hotel, but this type of experience is unexcusable.

Mad at husband for believing reviews

Pillows like rocks, hard bed, old worn decor. I travel alot and I usually sleep well. This hotel is mis-rated by others. For the second night in a row, I'm awake, mad at my wonderful husband who booked this hotel based on good ratings. The only reason I am still here is that the room is pre-paid. Stay away. There are plenty of newer, better quality limited service hotels nearby. Oh and the door to the second story doesn't close, anyone can go in before they lock it at 11 pm.

Great place!

We stayed before our flight and on our return. Hotel is very clean and comfortable .All the ladies at the front desk were helpful and pleasent. Shuttle was very dependable leaving in the AM and on our return. After we called for pick up they were there in 5 minutes. Parking on site was secure. Great place to stay!!

Best value hotel at Bradley Airport

A very clean and quiet hotel with friendly staff that tries to make you feel at home. Great rates and best sleep/park and fly package at the airport. Highly recommend this hotel, you won't be disappointed.

Excellent- The Staff the Best Ever!!

Love to stay at this hotel. Since it has been redone, it truly is lovely. The staff puts this hotel over the top. We stayed here in December and they were wonderful. Our friend arrived late one night, so I went to the desk to ask if she could stay and I would pay the extra. They were fantastic-did not charge us. Wonderful, kind, efficient people! Love staying here. We also go early and enjoy our stay. Have used this hotel for years, and hope to do so again in March.Would not consider staying anywhere else.

Staff is courtious and very helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Service is excellent we have and will continue to reccommend to everyone we know that travels. Park anf fly is fabulous experince

This hotel has the best service and cleanest rooms of any hotel i've ever stayed at! I would highly recommend this hotel it is a great value and they have a great sleep/park/fly package.

We keep going back!

A friend told us about the Inn, so we decided to go there. Four trips later, we keep going back and tell others to as well. We love the service, can't beat it! Everything runs very smoothly and efficiently. We always go the day before our flight, hang out at the pool, then eat supper at Friendly's. The suites are cool, as my sons would say. They get their own bedroom.

excellent old school service

My wife and I recently used the stay and park service provided by the Bradley International Inn. I must say that we were both very impressed with the friendly service, and ease of the entire experience. It's very close to the airport, but on a quiet road. Although the room wasn't four star the hospitality was. It was very reasonably priced, and I will definitely use them again.
