will never return to this hotel again

we stayed there for an annual conference, the front desk lost an item of ours that we asked them to deliver to another guest room (since they can't release room number info). The item was gone, all they told us was item delivered, but the other party never received it. Thanks God, it was not an expensive item. Then they posted a resturant charge to our acct which belongs to another guest. I did not find out until our credit card statement came and I had to be on hold for over 10 mins for them to investigate their problem. No apology was ever given for their mistake, they just said they will credit my acct. bad service, bad manner, bad experience overall, will never stay there again and we will make sure our society does do conference there either.
