There was nothing to like about it. We requested a non smoking room lot of good that did. The hallway reeked of cigarette smoke. Website states you don't have to pay until time to check out that was a lie. They disabled our room keys each day we were there. The continental breakfast was nothing to be desired. Only thing good about the place was the location was convenient to the places we wanted to go...

The customer service was horrible. The front desk person condecending to our needs. His solution to the room being stifling hot was to ask us to open the first floor window THAT FACES THE PARKING LOT. Needless to say that was not fun. Then when we complained the people treated us with little or no respect. The owner, jumped into the corridor while I was walking back to my room and practically assulated me. The police were called and we are still trying to get resolution on that. Add to that the cleaning was subpar and their answer to a dripping airconditioner was to throw a towel under it and LEAVE IT THERE. So we were not impressed to see their resolution to their problem.
