El Palomino Hotel, Grand Junction

3 years ago I sayed at this motel.The owner's English wasn't very polished. This is a service orinted operation. You need to commicuate with your guests. This year was no different. They don't offer wireless Internet, ok. I tried dial up but couldn't get it to connect. I called the office three times to determine the problem. Finally an angry owner came to my room. I tried to explain the problem, he didn't listen and told me I needed a calling card for long distance. I told him it was a local Internet connection. During this exchange a car pulled up next to my room. Without a word to me he went outside and started yelling at the guy for parking. He was just trying to rent a room. He returned and I tried to finish explaining my problem. The owner just left while I was still talking. I was not rude or angry just trying to solve a problem. He could of cared less he had my money and that was that. He never offered to help in any way. He was rude, insulting,and very angry. DON'T STAY HERE!!!!!!! SLEEP IN YOUR CAR,UNDER A BRIDGE,OR PARK BENCH. p.s. I'm not one to complain. I taught Primitive Survival and under those conditions whoes going to listen?
