Great Place To Stay in the Summer
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/26/09
If you're going to Colorado during the summer to spend time in the mountains hiking, fishing, siteseeing, or any other outdoor activity, this is a great place to stay. It is about halfway between Durango and Silverton on the Million Dollar Highway, which, in my opinion, is one of the most beautiful places in Colorado. The condo was clean when I arrived, and was maintained daily by maid service. It is difficult to find A/C in these types of facilities up in the mountains, but you really don't need it if you leave the windows open during the days while you're away (the nights are almost always very cool). I will definitely visit this porperty again.

Somewhat disappointed
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/09/05
We arrived for a 3 night stay at the end of July. We had booked a loft room w/view. Our first impression of the room was not good; terrible odor in kitchen, curtains hanging off the rod and stifling hot. Come to find out the resort has no A/C! We moved to a 1 bdr. unit the next day, with windows that could be opened and got through it w/out A/C. They also did not have an ice machine, alarm clocks or wake-up calls, store was not open, etc. On the plus side--the view was beautiful and we were away from the city. The indoor pool was very large, clean and not crowded.
