This motel has extra nice management that makes any guest want to return on their next vacation, clean and comfortable, great alternative to those over priced motels,Ventura Beach House is the place to stay

GREAT HOTEL FOR THE GREAT PRICE

VERY CLEAN ROOMS, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF, A VERY CONVENIENT LOCATION CLOSE TO DOWN TOWN YET SO QUIET. WE HAD A ROOM WITH OCEAN VIEW, SAT IN THE BALCONY OF 2ND FLOOR AND ENJOYED THE OCEAN, AND ALSO LIGHTS OF THE STREET.YOU COULD DRIVE OR WALK TO THE OCEAN.IT WAS A REAL DEAL FOR THE VALUE.WILL STAY THERE EVERY TIME WE VISIT.

It was old motel but crean and cozy.only 5min. from the beach, so you can walk. 2nd floor has Nice ocean view. we really enjoyed staying this motel!

3 Blocks From The Beach!!!

Older motel, but clean. # blocks from the beach, pool, 3 blocks from historic and fun downtown. You dannot beat the price for the location. The family that owns the motel is very friendly, helpful and accomodating. I needed to check in at 10 am and they did this without a qualm, extra charge or anything.
