Laguna Beach Inn, Laguna Beach

Just spent 4 nights at LBI and can say it was well worth the money. Breakfast at sister hotel was way more than your continental breakfast for sure! Our room was quite small, but had several special touches. Recent upgrades in room were noticed! Only disappointment was :Ocean View: Yes we could see the ocean, but only out our front door and overlooking parking lot, 4 lanes of traffic and building across street.

The Laguna Beach Inn is the best place to stay in Laguna. It is right across the street from one of the most picturesque beaches in Laguna. The staff is terrific and even took the time to mail us back a pet toy we left in our room. Everything is clean, quaint and the rates are a bargain. Highly recommend.

Laguna Beach Inn was outstanding. Charming property grounds and very homey, comfortable feeling about the place. I felt safe and relaxed. My Husband and me were celebrating our 2 year anniversary, and the Manager, Ashley? had a Happy Anniversary greeting in our room upon arrival along with a bottle of Red wine! I didn't know she even knew! What a pleasant surprise. Coming from Vegas, we have a high standard when it comes to service and this place definitely goes that extra mile to make you feel welcome and special. We stayed in a queen with a jacuzzi tub and a large bathroom! It would have been nice had there been bubble bath or something in the bathroom, but we ended up making a bubble bath just fine with what we had. Breakfast was fabulous and wine hour was great, again relaxing and laid back. wood cove? across from the hotel was secluded and beautiful, really enjoyed the beach and complimentary beach towels. I will definitely return to this inn, I was sorry to leave after a weekend. Wish we could have stayed longer but Husband had to work...If you travel to Laguna or Orange county, stay here, it's the best value!

This has to be the best place for the money in Southern California!! Ok, so the room was small. The jacuzzi bathroom was huge. And Clean. Let's see -- free coffee in room and lobby. Free wine and cheese and snacks in the party room!! Free apples in lobby. $10 discount on a great breakfast at nearby affiliated hotel. Great breakfasts are only $10 before discount. Free!! Heat and AC worked great! Free wireless! Not on beach, but half the price. I even had parking in the shade! We a group of rooms and we had a blast!!! I'd give it 5 stars, but I withold that for the Ragged Edge Motel in Islamorada, Florida.

The location is wonderful, not downtown Laguna beach, but just a few seconds south, laid back laguna beach area and directly across from wood's cove, said to be an "exclusive" beach in Laguna, I can see why. The beach was gorgeous, even in the winter season, I can see why so many people travel to Laguna Beach...you can sit on the beach, relax, enjoy the warm weather and watch the waves roll in for hours! After my leisurely days at the beach, or shopping, I was able to walk to one of the nearby restaurants, one which had live music, and the other was a unique italian restaurant less than a blcok away. I enjoyed the complimentary wine and cheese each night and watched the sunset from the deck of the hotel.I loved my room, super cozy. The staff was always friendly and super attentive to my needs. I will definitely return, hopefully bring someone special to share a romantic weekend away.
