Don't Stay Here

I noticed these reviews are pretty old. There must be new managment here because my experience has been a nightmare thus far. While the price is excellent at this hotel (I got my room for $99 a night), the rooms are average and missing many day to day items (like dishwashing liquid, lotion, coffee, etc.). For $99 a day I could live with that. My beef is they charged me $250 for smoking in my non-smoking room, which I did not do. I didn't notice this until I got home and prepared my expense report. So when I called, they put me through to the managers voice mail. He never called back. I left him two more voice mails and he never called back. I asked to speak to someone else and they gave me the assistant manger's voicemail. Guess what? No call back. I now have a call into Corporate and they are contacting the hotel. Suffice it to say, if the general manager doesn't have the professionalism to return a phone call on a bill dispute, he shouldn't be in the hospitality industry. His name is Hazem Sunnaq. I wouldn't stay there if he is still there when you try to book your room. If you do decide to stay there, check your bill closely before leaving.
