Horrible experience
I made a reservation for 5 rooms at 5 days each and thought I should be treated accordingly, but:
Day 1, Put in a room across from the elevator, ice machine, and soda machine. There were at least 40 other vacant rooms, why did they put me in this room, which was noisier than heck?
Day 2, Returned to hotel at 6:00 PM to find my door left wide open. House keeping left door ajar on security latch.
Day 3, Woke up at 4:30 AM to hear the upstairs A/C unit leaking water on my A/C unit and creating a loud tapping noise. Switched rooms at 5:00 AM. They comped me breakfast, gee thanks.
Day 4, New room smelled like an ash tray. It probably hadn't been cleaned in over 1 month. Water would go from hot to cold in 20 seconds.
Lesson: Never stay at Red Lion in again.
