Good Stay Except Front Desk Agents
Front Desk Agents need training on friendliness and responsiveness. Learn how to respond when asked a question. The unfriendliness makes me never want to go back. Please train your staff in the future. All other staff (houskeeping, restaurants) were very nice.

Not worthy of the Embassy Suites name.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 6/30/08
The only redeeming quality is the manager's reception where they serve you free drinks and mediocre appetizers (beware: packed on weekends). Now for the bad: Starting with housekeeping, they were absolutely horrible. The first night we stayed there, they didn't come to clean the next day until 4:00 when we were getting ready for my sister's wedding. We ran out of towels and toilet paper before then, so I had to go ask for some which took a while before I was able to shower to get ready. After that, they barely cleaned outside of making the beds. The next day, we went wine tasting almost the whole day and came back to a dirty room. If that wasn't bad enough, they show up this morning at 7 or 8 AM, on the day we're checking out, and knock on the door, waking me up to clean a room I was checking out of in 5 hours. Gee thanks. The last night we were there we ordered room service; Big mistake. It showed up about a half hour after we decided to stop waiting and decided to go to bed. I could go on, but you get the point. 0/5 stars.

Sleepless Night
By MelanieD, 2/18/08
This hotel looked great on the web. It even looked great when we got there. But almost immediately we realized our mistake. Every sound from the hallway, adjoining rooms and even the room above was heard. Even whispers. During the day this wasn't as bad but at night it made for an impossible night's sleep.

Good
By Trut, 11/5/07
It was clean and the people were very helpful. I slept on the ground, but the beds felt nice. It was New Years so I don't remember too much more details.

I beg to differ!
By JenL, 6/7/06
I stay here every time I visit the area and each experience has been wonderful. The staff is friendly and helpful. The cost is very reasonable considering I spend all my time in wine country, which is conveniently nearby. I have to point out that the last review provided by "MIKE" was very shocking, let alone inconsistent. I also find it interesting and ironic that his criticisms of a non-English speaking service staff are filled with grammatical errors. Perhaps he should've checked with his grade school teacher before submitting his so-called "review."

Great stay!
By Nic, 5/24/06
Liked: Breakfast, nice decor, good location, very clean, always stocked, free drinks in the evening, Very comfortable beds, nice decor, great amenities such as coffee pot, microwave, fridge, alarm clock, iron, plenty of mirrors, extra TVs, large heated pool, large hot tub.... Disliked: Service not that great, rooms not as big as most Embassy suites, loud startling A/C, musty smell in our room, slow elevators, uncomfortable pull out couch. We would stay again as our stay was very enjoyable! The positives outweigh the negatives by far!

Comfortable clean and classy
By Ingrid, 1/13/06
My daughter Danielle and I stayed here Jan 7th through Jan 11th. The hotel is conveniently located near the 15, there are resturants within walking distance. Old town temecula is close by. Our stay was very enjoyable. We had a 2 room suite,tv in the livingroom as well as the bedroom, the king size mattress was extremely comfortable as well as the pillows(very lofty.. no flat as a pancake pillows here!). The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable, there is a feeling of old world charm (Italy). This Embassy is newly renovated and tastefully decorated. If breakfast is your favorite meal of the day you are in luck it is excellent. The staff is great and gave excellent directions to nearby points of interests. Unfortunatly the pool heater was broken during our stay but there is a very nice hot-tub. I know you'll enjoy your stay here.

Was OK, but I have seen better
By BradleyW, 11/16/05
This was a traditional embassy suite, but the room seemed smaller than the usual. The building was definitly showing signs of wear. There was the free breakfast buffet, but it was so crowded that there was nowhere to sit. I ended up grabbing a napkin and walking back to the room with a few sausages. I guess the vacinity to the wine country was a plus, because the price of the room was quite high for what I got.
