I'll be returning next year.

For rates that are higher than economy chain hotels and lower than luxury chain hotels, you get a modestly up-scale hotel experience in a lovely city neighborhood (not noisy, lots to do, easy access to everything), with parking included (very important here), attractive & comfortable room, free continental breakfast. This place was just fine-- & for me had the added advantage of being within walking distance of my daughter's apartment.
I was not crazy about the fact that pets,
being welcome in this hotel, were encountered frequently in the elevator. Also, one morning the elevator was out of order, and it was necessary to use the stairs. For someone with a handicap, this could have been a serious problem, even if only for a few hours. There are no spa facilities (pool, hot tub) here, but there is a "Y" across that street that I was told I could use for $10 a day. I wouldn't have minded a pool and a gym in my hotel, but I'll still stay here again for my next visit.
