I couldn't believe the rude service

stayed here for 6 nights, we asked for non smoking there was the smell of smoke everywhere in the room they gave us. We asked for a crib, got there late at night and did not have crib until 2 hrs. later. We asked for queen size beds and were promised full size to queen size and got what looked like a twin size that was not comfy like advertized but lumpy and squeky. Since we were staying for 6 nights we called to comfirm everything including the fridge and microwave and did not have anything of what we asked for upon arrival. We had to wait until the next day to get transfered to another room and it was not until 3 in the afternoon that they let us check into another room even though we had already booked it for 6 days. Got into the room and it still didn't have a microwave or fridge. Got the crib, but still the same size kids beds. We couldn't even enjoy our first day there, even after our first night was a nightmare, because we were waiting for them to call us to let us know when we could move into our new room. On the second day we left to the beach and needed our sheets and towels changed out so we left the proper cards on the beds so they would do so, retured later and they had stuck a Do Not Disturb card on our door( I guess this was there way of saying we didn't have time to clean your room, so we'll just let our boss know that you didn't want to be disturbed) I was in shock the whole time we were there, I tried so hard to have a great vacation this year and get my kids out of Arizona where it is so hot. It seemed as if management put forth the effort to ruin our vacation. Oh and the only reason I even chose La Quinta is because I had stayed at one in north Phoenix and the fresh breakfast waffles were the best I ever had( supposedly their signature ) well this place only had frozen wafles. Upon leaving and turning in the keys management was very rude at the questions I asked and did not even apologize for any of their mistakes. DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS HOTEL, IT IS NOT UP TO LA QUINTA STANDARDS. THIS MANAGEMENT HAS TO GO. I DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO I DON'T WANT ANYONE ELSE TO WASTE THERE MONEY AND WASTE THERE TIME.
