La Hacienda Inn, Los Gatos

This place was great. Quiet, clean and a friendly helpful staff. The extended cont. breakfast was more then I could ask for. A great pool and use of Ballys fitness center. Very relaxing!!!!

on the phone listening to music for over 15 minutes... no one every answered the phone, to take my resv. So no sure how good or bad the Hotel is but if you can never talk with someone to get a resv.

First and foremost, if you do not leave your room before noon you will not get your bed made up as the housekeeping staff only work halfday. Anddddddddddddddd Maybe it is and maybe its not but we swear this place is haunted. No proof but there is a creaky noise in the roof and an eerie feeling about this place; we stayed in rooms 5 and 9. Also be careful if you have the rooms with the skylights, as the light shines through these rooms very early in the morning. However, the staff in the front are very nice and helpful and the comp breakfast is good. Its just a bit far from downtown, unless you like being that secluded.
