Not bad, but I think I'll keep looking

I stayed on a Sunday and Monday night, in 2 different rooms: King on the ground floor, then 2 queens directly above the first room.
Liked: Cleanliness, spacious room (with the king bed), everything worked, parking was very easy. Reasonable quiet.
Disliked: 1) No wi-fi. 2) No privacy in the two rooms I had (which was why I'd moved--not much better on the second floor) because the sliding glass doors look out onto walkways, which wasn't obvious at first. I'd asked for a room away from the street, but both rooms seemed like caves.
It was about $98 per night, not as bad as some, but with no wireless internet and little/no natural light in the room, I found myself at Starbucks a lot.
I didn't try the breakfast, because it seemed too intimate and I felt bad for the lady doing the cooking.
Clean, pretty quiet, easy parking and a decent room, but I'm pretty sure I can do better for the price.
