overpriced an rude employees

well while in ridgecrest I found this hotel to be full of rude disrespectful employees who have no sense to be polite or professional attitudes are a must when paying 95 dollars a night as far as am concerned there service; rude employees an dirty sheets an desk clerks where very rude an disrespectful while doing business with them was a nightmare!!

BATES MOTEL HERE!!

WE PURCHASED A BLOCK OF 12 OR SO ROOMS FOR OUR BASEBALL TEAM WHICH OUR YOUNG ATHLETES WERE PICKED ON BY THE SECURITY GUY (MEN IN BLACK) THAT STATED HE KEPT GETTING COMPLAINT AND KICKING OUR KIDS OUT AND THEY COULDNT EVEN SIT IN THE POOL AREA. THE COACHES AND MOST PARENTS WERE WATCHING THEM AND EVN ASKED INOCENT BYSTANDERS THAT SAID THE KIDS ARE NOT LOUD AT ALL. THE ROOMS HAD ODORS, WE HAD TO PAY FOR THE BREAKFAST,THE ICE MACHINES DIDNT WORK MOST THE TIME, THE A/C UNIT IN OUR ROOM WOULDNT COOL US OFF,BUT AS I STATED I WOULDNT TRUST THE SECURITY GUY WITH A BAG OF TRASH MEVERMIND MY CAR OR LIFE!! HE EVEN KEPT LIGHING UP CIGARETTES A FOOT OR 2 AWAY FROM OUR YOUNG ATHLETES AND PARENTS SHARING HIS AWWFUL CANCEROUS HABIT. HES A JERK TO SAY THE LEAST!!

Best in Town

I've spent many nights at the Carriage Inn and have always enjoyed clean modern rooms, friendly service, and a good night's sleep. I now hear that the "Free" breakfast is no longer free, but costs an extra $7.00 a day. $7.00!? It's a shame, since it was the best deal in town. The breakfast was always a highlight to me and my co-workers and best of all - IT WAS FREE! Now that it is a whooping $7.00 to eat there, we will likely mosey on down to the Denny's about a mile south and eat breakfast for about half the cost. Regardless, the Carriage Inn is still our favorite hotel in Ridgecrest. MUCH better than the Best Western or the Heritage Inn (which was terrible!).
