Very clean and accomidating for my disabled mother. We were very happy, and will stay again!!!

Dont travel much because of age, but I am particular wrere I stay when I do. Went to LR with husband to VA center.Stayed at this hotel.had read reviews, was surprised and pleased to find them exaggerated. But now looking at dates, cant say if true or not. I found none of previous issues on my visit.Actually, I enjoyed our stay, went to the club, hotel was much better than reviews indicate. We will stay again.Near hospital and right on interstate exit.

After reading other reviews that have been posted here awhile, it's clear that the owners or management don't give a rip as to what we think of their reputation or they would actually DO something about it! The bathroom in the room was dirty, the room smelled, the public restroom hadnt been mopped in i don't know when, black mildew floors and mats. Housekeeping doesn't know how to clean. In fact, they're lazy!! I could go on and on about the filth but the worst was the stupid rules!! We chose this hotel because of the pool and restaurant and putt putt golf, but when we arrived at 9:00 pm, they told us that the pool, pool tables and golf all closed at 9 p.m and didn't open until 11:00 a.m in the morning which meant my son wasn't able to do any of the things we paid for! As far as the "restaurant" goes, it was a continental buffet, but you had to be served to make sure you didn't get "too much" food. Over all experience was a joke!!! Thomas was cool though...

Granted this is a cheap hotel but I have never seen such a filthy public area outside of gas station restrooms. I was not expecting a 5 star experience but the fecal matter on the bathroom floor and toilet were just to much for me. I gave serious consideration to returning to my car to sleep despite it being 4am just to avoid any potential communicable diseases that were surely present. My recommendation enter at your own risk, I am amazed this place is still open for business and has not condemned by the local health department.

This place was terrible! They are in the process of renovation, which meant NO restaurant, NO roomservice, NO exercise room. This was not told to us when we checked in. Since we were traveling with our granddaughter, we chose this hotel because of the advertised game room, indoor putt putt golf and the indoor pool. The pool was nice but the putt putt golf was about 8' square with 9 little holes in the astroturf; the game room consisted of 2 arcade games and 2 pool tables. You had to leave your driver's license at the front desk to obtain pool table or golf equipment. Housekeeping missed the room completely, and the general manager was extremely rude when I attempted to speak with him about it. Trash was left in the bathroom floor the entire stay. I was asked to give them another chance if ever back in town and I told them NO WAY would I ever stay with them again.

a very unpleasent experience. 1. AC did not work right 2. Dirty room 3 Bathtub cracked and rusted 4. Towel racks rusted. 5. No room service done. 6. 4" gap on front door bottom. 7. bed old and worn 8. pillows flat 9. broken glass in hall and elevator. I WILL NOT EVER stay here again!!!

This is one of the worst hotels in which I have ever stayed. The hotel was under constuction and the pool was dirty. The hotel staff was very unfriendly and rude. Would not let our group have extra blankets or pillows. Many of the lights, TV, and Air conditioning was not in working order. Non-smoking room had cigarette burns in bedding. Overall experience was the worst I have ever had.

I contacted them the following night about what I had left, which was a set of glasses, and at first I was a bit put off by the person I talked with. Then a few days later a very nice woman called me about my glasses and said that she would send them back to me. I am very happy to say that I have received my glasses back, and I enjoyed my stay at the Howard Johnson North Little Rock. They are a little under construction (5/15/05) but are very nice.
