With Mexican colonial-style architecture and terracotta color, The Fairmont Scottsdale has a scenic backdrop of Arizona's McDowell Mountains. Hotel amenities include two golf courses, three award-winning restaurants, four swimming pools, seven tennis courts, and a full-service spa and health club. The 18-hole golf courses are used to host the PGA Tour's Phoenix Open. In-house restaurants include Bourbon Steak (by acclaimed Chef Michael Mina offering contemporary American fare) La Hacienda (gourmet Mexican), LV Bistro (serving breakfast, lunch and dinner) and Stone Rose. It stinks!

The property and our room was beautiful. The people at the front desk were not of the Ritz Carlton school of charm. The water in the toilet stunk like a sewer. When we asked for someone to check it out, they checked out the exhaust fan. Duh, anyone with a nose should have smelled the rank, nasty water. Aside from that I would try it one more time, only because the property is so exquisite.

Awesome Place

We were very pleased with everything! Went as a family, we had a great time! Loved the water slide and the beauty of the resort. Loved the pond, and all of the different pools to choose from. We have stayed at resorts before and this is a great one! Will be back!

We are going back, this January!!!!

Everything, its one of the finest Resorts we have ever stayed at. We stayed in the Casida Room and it was exceptional. The service was excellent and we are reserved in the same room this comming January.

Scorpion Sting

Everything was wonderful until our 12 year old was stung by a scorpion while he slept in the hotel room bed!! After that, the office staff treated us like we did'nt exist and when we went to tell them that our son was doing ok, the woman who came out of the office was very indifferent!! We did not expect that at all. If it had not been for the sting, we would go back. Everything was perfect until then.

heaven on earth

i loved it here ! i've never been to a resort more peaceful. the rooms were cleaned spotless everyday. the spa was the best . i have never been treated so well and so relaxed in my life . you'll never wanna go home . i had the best time ! i tell everyone about my visit here. the shopping was great and all great restraunts nearby. i will def come back as soon as i can. melissa Ma

Stayed here for 4 nights and it was incredible. Friendly and helpful staff, great location, amenities galore, restaurants were superb. Highly recommend this for a Scottsdale stay.

the Scottsdale Fairmont Princess is a great resort. My husband and I went there on our honeymoon and enjoyed every minute! The staff were very helpful. If you want to be waited on and feel like royalty this resort is for you.

Parent's paradise

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Fairmont Scottsdale. The highlights included, poolside movies, slides and kids pool, fishing for the kids, and kids club. While my daughter played at the kids club, my husband and I spent the day relaxing at the 20000 sq ft spa. Service was exceptional, except for poolside service, but we expected this on a holiday weekend. Rooms were clean and turndown service was an nice extra.

Princess, the best experience I have ever had.

The experience I had at the Scottsdale Princess was one of a kind. The dining was amazing as well as the beautiful suite. It had a beautiful view of the pool, golf course and not to mention the view of the city of Scottdale.
